The mise en place study
for a dinner party of 9 persons

Stefano's birthday was a surprise party.
Stefano was in the dark, so together with the beautiful Irene we studied every detail of Stefano's 32nd birthday dinner.
For this event we chose a colour palette ranging from grey to light blue to blue.
The key element of this mise en place was the hanging centrepiece with more than 10 different varieties of elements: hydrangeas, roses, tulips, freesias, oxipetalum, allium, asparagus, gypsophila, ruscus... all combined with a paper place card and personalised box accompanied by a beautiful grey tulip. I love these choices!
