La Sicily, where ChiaraB Events was born, offers baroque, sea and a light that does not exist elsewhere. The Tuscany talks about hills, vineyards and Renaissance villas. The lakes of the North offer elegant waterside settings, while the islands — Aeolian, Favignana, Capri — turn weddings into a little journey. Our job is to help you understand which of these landscapes resembles your story, and then take care of everything else.

How long in advance should we start organizing?
Ideally 12–18 months before for high season dates (June–September), especially for the most popular venues. With shorter times, it still works well for midweek or off-season dates.
Can we have a civil wedding in Italy if we come from abroad?
Yes: the civil ceremony is valid for foreign couples in many destinations (with dedicated documentation that we handle). Alternatively, a symbolic ceremony on the event day and a legal ceremony in your country.
How do site visits work if we live far away?
We prepare a selection of venues in line with style and budget, then visit them together: in person during a dedicated weekend, or via guided video call if you cannot travel.
Is the budget indicated in the form binding?
No: it is only used to tailor the first proposal on realistic venues and suppliers. Every quote is transparent, item by item, and is built together.
