Everything you need to know

How long does it take to organize a wedding?

Ideally 12-18 months. For intimate events or elopements even 3-6 months. The more time you have, the more choice of dates and suppliers.

How much does a wedding cost in Italy?

Italian average: €25,000-35,000. In Sicily: from €15,000 (intimate) to €100,000+ (luxury). The budget varies greatly depending on guests and location.

Do you really need a wedding planner?

It is not mandatory, but it saves time, stress, and often money thanks to agreements with suppliers. The value is in peace of mind.

How to choose the location?

Consider: number of guests, desired style, season, budget, guest logistics. A site visit is essential. We accompany you.

When to book suppliers?

Location and photographer: 12-18 months before. Catering and florist: 6-12 months. Music and details: 3-6 months.

Having an expert guide in organizing the wedding was essential. She helped us stick to the budget without giving up anything, suggested excellent vendors, and coordinated everything on the wedding day. We couldn't have done it so well on our own.
